1. Who we are
This website and its subdomains (including programa.productdirection.co and community.productdirection.co) are operated by PRODUCT DIRECTION LLC (“Product Direction”, “we”, “us”), 407 Lincoln Road #12N, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA.
Product Direction LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to info@productdirection.co.
2. What data we collect
Data you give us
- Name, email address and phone number, including your WhatsApp number, when you register for an event, apply to a program, subscribe to our content or contact us.
- Professional information you choose to share: company, role, experience, and your answers to applications, assessments and forms.
- The messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or through our forms.
- Billing details when you buy a program. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- What you post or share inside our programs and community.
Data we collect automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Tag Manager, to measure our website and advertising. See section 10.
3. How we use it
- To run our events, programs and community, and to give you access to them.
- To send you confirmations, reminders and information about the events and programs you registered for, by email and WhatsApp.
- To send you our newsletter and offers, when you have agreed to it or when the law allows it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To answer your questions and follow up on your interest in our programs.
- To process payments and keep accounting and tax records.
- To measure and improve our website, content and advertising.
4. WhatsApp messages
When you register for an event or program and give us your phone number, we may write to you on WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) with confirmations, reminders and information related to what you signed up for. Our team reads and answers your replies.
You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP or BAJA, or by writing to info@productdirection.co. Meta processes WhatsApp data under its own privacy policy.
5. Legal basis
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data on these grounds:
- Contract: to deliver the programs and events you sign up for.
- Consent: for marketing messages and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interest: to answer inquiries, follow up on your interest and improve our services.
- Legal obligation: for accounting and tax records.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- CRM, email and messaging: HighLevel (LeadConnector).
- Messaging and advertising: Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Payments: Stripe.
- Live sessions: Zoom.
- Community: Circle.
- Newsletter: Substack.
- Website, hosting and analytics: WordPress hosting, Google and the cloud providers behind our learning platform.
- Marketing agencies that run campaigns on our behalf, bound by confidentiality.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Product Direction LLC is based in the United States, and several of our providers process data there. When we transfer data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep it
- Customer and billing records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Program and community data: while you are a participant, and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can come back.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
After that, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Write to info@productdirection.co and we will answer within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
10. Cookies
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site or in your browser.
11. Children
Our services are for professionals and are not directed to anyone under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will let you know by email about any significant change.
