Nacho Bassino has been leading product teams for over ten years. He has held different roles in technical and product management paths in various industries.
His passion for product management and development led him to run training and coaching sessions for more than five years and to give talks in different countries about product management and innovation.
He held the highest leadership roles in product for companies with large product development groups in his last professional experiences, making him responsible for transforming the organization into teams capable of efficiently and consistently creating successful products at scale. During this period, he created, tested, and consolidated the methods explained in Product Direction with dozens of product teams.
